This device allows individuals to exercise the muscles of the hand, wrist, arm, chest and shoulders.

This device allows individuals to exercise the muscles of the hand, wrist, arm and, isometrically, the chest and shoulders. To use, simply twist it as if wringing out a wet towel. Resistance is easily adjusted for progressive exercise. Larger snap-on hand grips will provide extra support to hand structures or accommodate limited hand closure. Measures 7 3/4" long x 1 1/2" diameter. Weighs 4 oz. (113 gm).
